Dr. Kristin Morris is an award-winning licensed adult educator and performance improvement professional with over 14 years of experience. She excels in facilitating adult learning, instructional design, and curriculum customization, specializing in Global Diversity & Inclusion Panel Discussions, organizational development, and culturally diverse implementation using a systems learning approach.

Throughout her career, Dr. Morris has been dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of education and business consulting. Her expertise in identifying growth opportunities and creating intelligent, accessible programs to enhance employee and organizational performance has provided a well-rounded experience working with private, corporate, and nonprofit organizations.

Dr. Morris serves as the Chapter Chair of Women Presidents’ Organization Minnesota Chapter VII, where she has been honored to speak and facilitate numerous workshops, emphasizing the importance of performance improvement in the workplace.
